Integrated Two-Piece Can Manufacturing Solution
This production line converts tinplate or TFS coils into finished two-piece can bodies and lids through a continuous, PLC-controlled process.

All key processes—including forming, washing, coating, curing, inspection, and packing—are integrated in one line to ensure stable performance, consistent quality, and efficient production.

Complete Two-Piece Can Manufacturing Solution: From can body forming to end (lid) production

Can Body Manufacturing Process:

Drawing → Re-drawing → Trimming → Finished Can Body

Can End(Lid) Manufacturing Process:

Shell Forming → Curling → Scoring → Tab Riveting → Finished Easy-Open End

Note: The EOE manufacturing line is available as an optional module and can be supplied as a standalone unit or fully integrated upon request.
